• Self-motivated and able to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work concurrently on multiple tasks.
• Ability to create value-added relationships with staff, clients and outside partners at the executive, technology, and engineering levels.
• Proven track record of leading teams of 5+ java developers

Credentials:

• Sun Certified Java Professional – (SCJP)
• Minimum of 8 years experience

Special Requirements:  Strong knowledge of OOAD using UML.
